Elizabeth Schall

Soprano II

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Elizabeth recently relocated to Jersey City. This is her first season with North River Sing! She has been performing since the age of 10 in choirs, bands, and small groups. For the past three years, she sang soprano in a praise band, performed with a vintage close-harmony trio, Mom and the Girls, and co-lead a youth worship team. In 2022, she was featured as the alto in David Lang’s The Little Match Girl Passion quartet, directed by David Troy Francis and featuring artists from the Atlanta Opera.

Though a natural soprano I, Elizabeth is joining the soprano II section because of her love of harmony and the challenge of learning difficult parts.

Outside of music, Elizabeth is a fluent French-speaker and teaches Pre-K at a French-immersion school. She also enjoys cooking, coffee, and connecting with friends. She is excited to return to the choir setting after some time off, and to be part of this vibrant musical community.
