I was born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. I began singing on my living room coffee table and participated in chorus from elementary school through high school. My mother brought me to many Broadway shows, developing my love for musical theatre. I studied jazz, tap, ballet, and hip-hop at Steps on Broadway and joined the Fieldston Dance Company in high school, learning repertoire by alums of Paul Taylor and Mark Morris and choreographing my own work. I graduated from Vassar College with a degree in Political Science. I currently work in the construction department of a real estate management firm in the Financial District. I have lived in the Heights in Jersey City for the past three years with my sweet cat Nutmeg. This will be my second season with NRS.
