It all started with a musical education of cassette tapes and concerts by my parents. As a child, I began singing in church, occasionally performing with the adult choir as a featured soloist during the holidays. I participated in the school choirs, band, and musical theater productions while growing up. And despite my shy demeanor, I landed a few lead roles and solos over the years. I crossed the Hudson River to attend Marymount Manhattan College as a Theater Arts major. But I quickly transitioned into Video Production, and have since worked for The New York Times, Rolling Stone, and now, Vimeo, as a Video Producer. And recently? Well, my musician-husband and I just tied the knot in Ireland. And we’ve moved ourselves, as well as an orange cat and a scruffy dog, from Jersey City to the Jersey suburbs where we both grew up. When I’m not sneaking around singing, I’m planning trips abroad, eating ice cream and watching videos about sloths. (No Oxford comma required because it’s usually all at the same time.)
